Orr-Walker, S.M., in tho Magistrate’s Court, yesterday afternoon, of Carl Valdemer Hansen. According to Mr. L. C. Hemery, defendant was a near-by farmer to the city, and when his premises were recently inspected it was found that his system of keeping books was a rough and ready one, and although it might have satisfied him, it did not comply with the regulation.
