Sc out masters do not require extraordinary qualifications, hut volunteers must: produce credentials and be prepared te show their suitability, as the executive is determined that only men of character, with an inclination to training hovs and youths, shall bo appointed. A new work now operating is tho boy Scouts’ Employment Bureau. It >s honed to assist Scouts in finding suitable employment, and to prevent their taking up “blind alley” occupations. At the same time, every endeavour will be made to recommend to employers only such youths as will render efficient service and who are suited educationally and’otherwise for the work selected.
