RIFLE SHOOTING
This afternoon the Suburbs Rifle Club will fire the third match in the third series handicap competition at 500 and 000 yards. Scores will also count for tho Newton Cup nnd Morrison Cup. On Tuesday (Anniversary Day) the club will hold a big field day at Trenfbnm, when the annual "Daily Mail” competition will take place. Seven shots and two optional righters -will be fired oyer all ranges, 300 to 1000 yards. Special handicaps have been arranged, and a lengthy prize list will be provided. The principal trophies will include the Daily Mail" Cup. Sir John and Lady Luke (hip and the Memorial. Cup. Leading scores to date in the club cn a,Tr ’PJon.snjp nre:-H. R. Hunt, 415; T.
