HOPES OF ULSTER PREMIER

. London, January 17. - Sir James Craig, Premier cf North Ireland, speaking at. Coinbrook, Fermanagh, paid a tribute to the manner in which Southern Ireland was settling down under its now Government, but he said ho would not disband the special constabulary until ho wps confident that all danger gone. Wherever he went in the Sout’f of Ireland, ho observed a more friendly feeling between the two parties. After all, they had to live together. and ho hoped .that both sides would meet in the spirit of friendship.
