RAILWAYMEN’S WAGES
A CANTERBURY RESOLUTION. Christchurch, January 17. A meeting nf the Canterbury branch of the Amalgamated Society of Railway Servants decided to request the Executive Council to place before the Government the recent increases in the cost of living, and request the Minister to adjust wages to the agreement made by the Wages Board set up by the Prime Minister and the society m February, 1921.
