IDEAL SEASIDE RESORT.
HOW SECTIONS MAY BE ACQUIRED THERE. For some considerable time past Otaki has been a famous watering place for citizens of the Wellington province, and every year sees an increasing number of holiday-makers taking advantage of its semi-tropical climate. Here abounds good fishing, shooting, bathing and boating amidst picturesque surroundings. Apart from all the advantages its beautiful beach possesses, there is also a fine lagoon, which is a backwash of the Otaki River, and insures the safety of the children when paddling and bathing. Thus it is small wonder that the popularity of this ideal resort is growing by leaps and bounds, and with the rapid progress and growth of the metropolitan areas, there will be an incessant demand for seaside sections at this place. On Saturday. January 26, at 2 p.m. in Bright’s Theatre, Otaki, Messrs. Abraham and Williams, Ltd., will sell 40 residential seaside sections which are a subdivided portion of Mr. E. Hopkins”s estate at Rangiuru. Each section, which is practically right on the beach is thickly timbered with beautiful pine and macrocar pa trees over 20 years’ old, and these besides being worth from £3O to £4O, afford a delightful shade in the heat of summer and a break for the winds in stormy weather. One of the sections has a five-roomed cottage thereon, v.-’ i'o the rest may be built on at the lr.o-.re of the lucky purchaser. In the meantime they should provide an ideal camping ground. The terms which are the easiest, demand only £2O down with the balance in f o years at six per cent. Five ■ner cent is taken off for cash. — (Published by arrangement.)
