Tho resumption of mining to-day at Stockton after the pnotracfedi spell due to the industrial trouble was attended by a sad fatality, a brakesman on the company’s motor train lieing killed just at the close of tho day’s work.
Particulars are not available as to how ti><- accident happened—whether deceased l jumped off the. train or fell off, but it is understood that death was instantaneous. Deceased’s name is Treyton (Tommy) Potter. He was 32 years of age, a returned soldier, son of a farmer ot Cape Foulwind, and was married with one child. I
