Visitors to the Government Scenic Reserve at Havwards this afternoon, are reminded that the 1.20 train will make a special stop for their convenience, after leaving Haywards railway station, just before crossing _ the Silverstream railway bridge. P'cknickers and campers would be well advised to travel by this tram ns it will _ save them a walk of about a mile. Tickets are obtainable at R. Martin’s shop, in Manners Street, or at Lambton railway station, but to save waitino in long queues, it is recommended that tickets should ho purchased at the Manners Street shop. Every tic ket, procured there will entitle the holder to participate in tho numerous competitions wfi'd’ have been advertis ed, Jor wh ; ch £l9 19s. In prizes arebeing offered.
