A LATIN “BLOC”
DISCUSSED BY KINGS OF SPAIN AND ITALY
EFFECT ON LEAGUE OF NATIONS Paris. November 29. The “Matin’s” Madrid correspondent learns on reliable authority that one of the subjects discussed by the Kings of Spain and Italy was the creation of a Latin “bloc.” and adds that the result of this policy may well be the withdrawal of Spain, Italy, and certain Soiith American Republics from the League of Nations. —Reuter.
