At a conference in Dunedin last n>sht of delegates of hospital and charitable aid boards from North Canterbury, Dunedin, and Central Otago, it was resolved: “That this conference approves of an effort being made to obtain equitable consideration from the Government for T.B. institutions of the South Island ns compared with tho North Island.’’—Press Assn.
