Page, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday. , , , For being found drunk on Lambton Quay, a shearer, Donald Mathieson, was fined XI, in default threo days’ imprisonment. , George Prior Harris was charged wi-.h having obtained, under false pretences, 4s. from Esther Frances McConchie 4s. 6d from Lucy Brailsford. 4s. 6d. from Ira Dumbleton, and as. fid. from Ellen Perry.
