Wide interest has been created in the society world by the announcement, that Baron Ilolf Cederstrom (the former husband of Adelina Patti, the great singer), is engaged to Lady Esme Gordon-Lennox, states the “Daily News.” Lady Esme, a daughter of Lord de Ramsey, was married in 1909 to Brigadier-Goneral Lord Esme Charles Gordon-Lennox. Last May, in the Edinburgh Court of Session, she obtained a decrev of divorce, on the. ground of desertion. against her husband. She has one child —a boy of 14. Baron Ccdcrstrom, who is 53 years of age, belongs to a famous Swedish family. He was the late Mme. Patti’s third husband, and before he married her, in 1899, he was a director of a Swedish gymnastic institution in London. Two years ago he sold Mme.
