Scouler to pay A T ine and AVilson £5 9s. 6d. before December 11. in default three days’ imprisonment. BY-LAW BREACHES. Mr. C. R. Orr-AValkw, S.M., heard the bv-law cases. For failing to attend drill. Ronald George Lallan was fined ss. dnd costs. An attemnt to board a moving tram car led to AV. Slater being fined ss. and costs 17s. Breaches of the motor by-laws weie dealt with as follow: —Caleb Bird, William Davis.
