Reginald Scott, £35 Bs., costs £4 3s. 6d.: John Swinson and Co., Ltd. v. Robert John Hibberd. £25 18s.. costs £3 Is.: same v. H. Bergstrom, £l9 10s. coats £2 145.; N.Z. Tire and Rubber Co.. Ltd. v. F Taunton, £8 Us., costs £1 10s. 6d. ; Bertram Ernest AVright v Edgar Ell, £4 45.. costs Bs.; Federated Cooks’ and Stewards' Union v It. E. Fleming, £4 10s., costs 18s. 6d. On judgment summonses, A. Brown was ordered to pay Pyrene Manufacturing Company £4 ss. 6d. bciore December 11. in default three days’ itnnrisonment; L. Scouler to pay A T ine and AVilson £5 9s. 6d. before December 11. in default three days’ imprisonment. BY-LAW BREACHES. Mr. C. R. Orr-AValkw, S.M., heard the bv-law cases. For failing to attend drill. Ronald George Lallan was fined ss. dnd costs. An attemnt to board a moving tram car led to AV. Slater being fined ss. and costs 17s. Breaches of the motor by-laws weie dealt with as follow: —Caleb Bird, William Davis. Arthur Moody Holmes (cars unattended), each fined 10s. and costs: Richard Joseph AVilliams and Harrv Mears (failure to notify change of ownership, each ss. and costs; Panos Boolieris (driving through prohibited! street), 10s. and costs; George Wallace (car unattended), ss. and costs : Eric Finch (motor-cycle without rear number). ss. and costs; Arthur Moody Holmes (car wlightcd), ss. and costs,
