POSSESSORS TO J3E LICENSED. (Rec. April 16, 0.20 a.m.) London, April 15. Under a provisional agreement between the Postmaster-General and the British Broadcast Company, the possessors of home-made wireless, called listening-in pirates, must take out a license costing ton shillings.
