FRENCH OFFICER ATTACKED
BY SOLDIERS ON TRAIN. (Reo. April 16. 0.20 a.m.) Paris, April 15. An unexplained attack was made by three soldiers on an officer in a tram rear La Ferte Sous Jouarre. Bursting into a compartment they struck the officer with an iron bar, and theft threw him out of the train. The officer was picked up dangerously injured, xre police secured one assailant, but the others escaped from the tram. Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
