FLOCK HOUSE ESTATE. This estate, which is to be sold' by public auction in the. Town Hall at Bulls on Wednesday, May 9, is situated on tho llangitikei River, and within easy reach of Marton, Wanga-. nui, Feilding, and Palmerston North, and handy to Greatford railway station. It is all flat land, largely comprising rich river deposit and drained swamp land. This property belongs to Mr. L. R. McKelvie, and has been brought from its native state by the McKelvie family.
