COURT OF APPEAL
FIXING THE LIST. The Court of Appeal commenced its sittings yesterday, comprised of His Honour the Chief Justice (Sir Robert Stout), and Their Honours Mr. Justice Hosking, Mr. Justice ' Salmond, and Mr. Justice Reed. After making the fixtures for the week, the Court fidjourned until ’-his morning.
