SENSATIONAL MURDER

A sensational murder is reported at Nice by Jean Bores, a well-known millionaire philanthropist, who is aged 25, and is a bedridden cripple, suffering *rom paralysis. Bores shot an estate agent named Depuy ( who asked him to sign the transfer ot some title deedsBores seized a loaded gun which was close to the bedside and fired, killing Dcpuy. Bores has been allowed to remain in his magnificent Riviera villa pending an investigation. He says Depuy attempted to coerco him to sign the documents under menace of bodilv harm.
