PRISONERS’ SENTENCES
By Telegraph.—pbs is assocution. Christchurch, April 6.. Mr. Justice Adams sentenced prisoners as follows Andrew Deer, two years, for breaking, entering and theft, and three years’ reformative detention at the expiration of the sentence; also two vears’ hard labour for forgery. Frederick William Thompson, two years for breaking and entering, and three years’ reformative detention. John Austin, one month, for breaking the terms of his probation order in respect to a charge of false pretences. , Cyril Eugene Walden was remanded for sentence for theft of a watch from a hotel bedrooom.
