ASSOCIATION
The football matches played during the Association gala on Saturday wore somewhat spoilt by the high wind that was blowing. The Waterside v. Marist match was very interesting to watch, both sides showing good form for sc early in the season. Gilbertson, 2, Anton, 1, scored for Watecsiders, and Marist failed to respond. The Scottish Wanderers v. Watersiders game turned out to bo an easy thing for the Wanderers, who are expected to go near winning the senior B grade: this season The Wanderers won by 4 goals to 0. Nicholls and Lothian showed up well for the Wanderers, the former scoring twice. Bradshaw and G. Arbuthnott also scored.
