COOPER FURTHER CHARGED
ALLEGED USE OF INSTRUMENT. Still awaiting his trial in the SuS reins Court cn a charge of murder, laniel Richard Cooner came before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., in thg Magistrate’s Court yesterday to answer a charge of unlawfully using an instrument on Florence Brvant. On the application of Chief-Detective Kemp the accused was remanded until to-morrow. Bail was not applied for.
