Mr. Mitchell, the London secretary of the American Relief Administration, states that tlie mass feeding which they are carrying out in Russia will have to be continued till next harvest. The conditions and prices in Russia are so much improved that it will be unnecessary to continue operations, at any rate, after April. . Last summer tho administration fed 11,000.000 people daily and medically treated 50,000,000, and equipped 11,000 hospitals. At present 3,000,000 adults and children are being fed daily.—Aus.-N.Z.
