AUSTRALASIAN CHAMPIONSHIPS.
(Reo. March 11, 5.5 p.m.) Brisbane, March 11. The Australasian amateur cycling championships were concluded yesterday, in showery weather. Halfi-mile championship —Broadbent (Victoria), 1; Munro (Queensland), 2; Dempsey (New South Wales), 3. Ten miles championship—Dempsey 1- King (Queensland), 2; Webber (New South Wales), 3. Dempsey is only seventeen years of age. Press Press Assn. NEW SOUTH WALES MILE CHAMPIONSHIP. Sydney, March 11. The State one mile cycling championship resulted: —Scruise, 1; Hammond, 2; Priestly, 3.
