A Tiniaru Press Association message states that at the Supreme Court yesterday. George Bremiier appeared for sentence on a charge of assault arising out of a street brawl. Ho wa® ordered to pay £5 Bs. Bd. costs. The Supreme Court sessions opened at Palmerston North yesterday, before Mr. Justice Salmond. Only five indictments anpear on the criminal list, but there is' a fairly Inrge number of civil cases.—Press Assn.
