CRIME IN SYDNEY
Sydney, January 10.
A return issued by the InspectorGeneral of Polioo shows that 7888 crimes were committed in Sydney during the past vear, and 5586 cleared up. The value of property reported stolen was £145,051, and tho value that was accounted for £143,106. Tho figures compare favourably with those of tho previous year. —Press Assn.
