FASCISTI ORGANISING PUBLIC SUBSCRIPTION (Reo, November 24, 8.45 p.m.) Rome, November 24. The Fascist! arc organising a gigantic subscription throughout Italy to raise fifty millions sterling to cover the deficit in the Budget. Gold, jewellery, and valuables of all kinds will be received. Leaders of the movement piaintain that while Italy is poor nationally, ’individuals are richer than before the war.
