London, November 2._ Earl Balfour informed the Chief Rabbi of Edinburgh that the new Under-Secrotary for the Colonies, Major Ormsby-Gore, was an enthusiastic supporter of the Zionist policy. He was sure to see the Zionist affairs put right. Earl Balfour stated that Lord Derby • also supported the .policy.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
