WORLD FLIGHT
London, May 11. Major Blake’s world flight is .arousing widespread interest. Scores of men and women have offered to accompany him. Lieutenant-Colonel L. E. Broom© of th© Engineers, has been definitely chosen to take charge of tho photographic and kinematographio work. He will also conduct geological explorations at certain points. [Earlier reports indicated that Major Blake t who is expected to start bis flight on Empire Day (May 2il), would bo accompanied by Captain Norman MacMillian, and that he proposed taking a third with him. The third seat was offered to Sir Keith Smith, but be declined owing to the shock hq had suffered by the death of his brother on the eve of starting his flight round the world.]
