New York, May 11. Mr. Hillman,, president of the Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America Union, has announced the formation of a company to operate textile factories and shops in Russia. Sixty thousand dollars nave 'already been appropriated, and the company will be capitalised to the extent of a million dollars by the American union. During a recent visit to Russia Mr. Hillman met Lenin, who offered a substantial concession. Mr. Hillman inspected Russian shops and factories able to employ 60,000 operatives.
