TASMANIAN APPLES
COMMONWEALTH STEAMERS TO CALL AT HOBART. Melbourne September 17. Mr. M'Williams a former leader of the Country Party in the House of Representatives has arranged with Mr. Eva, manager of tho Commonwealth Government line of steamers, for its ships to call at Hobart during tho apple season. Tho calls are to bo made monthly from the end of January, and a million bushels of apples are to be exported—Press Assn.
