LONDON TALLOW MARKET
Messrs. W. Weddel and Cb., Ltd., London, cable under date September 11, in connection with the tallow market, as follows: —Tallow market unchanged; good demand; spot goods quiet; forward prices unchanged. At tallow auctions to-day 1660 casks were offered and 1170 casks wore sold. Under date September 1-1, Messrs. Booth and Co.’s London house cabled that at the tallow sales on that date 1657 casks were offered and 1173 casks sold. Values unchanged.
