PRISONERS FOR SENTENCE
Five prisoners will be sentenced at the Supreme Court to-day. Their names and offences follow:— Alfred Ernest Kearns, Bert Cair, and Peter Alexander Vaile, false statement under tho Marriage Act. Alfred Ellis, forgery. Warwick K. Bamfylde-Daniell, theft from a dwelling (three charges), housebreaking, and breaking, entering, and theft. Ilenry Stuart M'Dougall, forgery and uttering. Eric Leivey, housebreaking.
