OVERLOADED BOAT CAPSIZES
THIRTY-ONE PEOPLE DROWNED. Madrid, September 14. Over sixty people who were returning from a fete at Bursinet crowded into a boat intended to carry twenty. Tho boat capsized and thirty-one were drowned, the majority being women and cnildren. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
