MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE
RESULT OF COLLISION BETWEEN GIG AND MOTOR-CYCLE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, September 13.. Robert Hanna was charged at Rangiora to-day with manslaughter, and was remanded on bail. Accused was the driver of a horse and gig which collided with a motor-cycle on June 25. A man named Robert Binnie was in the gig with Hanna Tie foil out. fractured his skull, and died on Juno .‘lll. The Coroner at tho inquest returned a verdict that death was caused by tire negligent and reckless manner in which Hanna was driving'.
