Justice .Salmond, Mary "nn Haftkn made application to have her marriage with Allan Raymond George declared null and void. In the AVellington Supreme Court recently George was sentenced to imprisonment for committing "gamy with the petitioner. His Honour granted a decree nisi and nullity of marriage. Mr. AV. Noble appeared for the petitioner.
