COMPLETE REST FROM PUBLIC DUTIES. (Rec. July 13, 7.55 p.m.) London, July 12. The Prince of Wales lias declined all public engagements during August and September. A.n official announcement states that it has been realised for some time that the Prince must have a holiday that will enable him to have a complete rest from public duties, which he has not enjoyed for some time.— Reuter.
