The three city fonts entertained the district officers at a huiionei held In their new meeting rooms bj Ghtiznee Street, on Wednesday night. Ample nrovlslon had been made for a large attendance, hut it was quite insufficient to meet the inrgr attendance of members and friends which taxed the capacity of the new room to the, fullest extent. Arter the toast of "The King" .and the singing of "God Save the King," other toasts were honoured. Representatives from tnc city tents were unanimous lr. their expression of appreciation of the district action in providing such a suitable room for meeting. The room nas only been available Since January, and now burnt societies are uelnir it tor lodge meeting purposes. A yery happy and bright '’atncruig was closed with the national anthem.
