Mftkhonin, the inventor of a successful electric train, has now perfected plans for tho construction of a giant curship. already christened by -tho "Daily News" the "Alayilyski." It has several decks, connectcd by lifts, and will carry a motor-car, motor-boat, an aeroplane, nnd 1000 passengers. Tlio speed will be 66 miles an hour, and \the horsepower 24,000. Tho construction will, be completed by May 21. It is noteworthy that Russia invented tho first giant aeroplane (tho' SikQrsky biplane).—SydncvJ "Sun." '
