MAKARA COUNTY COUNCIL
\ A meeting of the Makara County Council was held yesterday. Councillor Windley presied. 1 It was decided that tho work on Horokiwi Itoad should bs attended to at once.
The chairman _ was appointed to wait on the City Engineer in connection with the supply of metal for George Road. It wa.s decided to make a general Tate of 1.19-32 d. in'-he £ for tho Porirua riding, and I'd. in the £ for the Makara county.
