Mrs. Aherno. secretary of the latter organisation, will interview all applicants for this work in Motncka at the rest room in Courtenay Place on Tuesday afternoon, from 2 to 4, nnd will •apply them with sll necessary information. AH women aio urged to attend tho meeting to be held under tho auspices of the Women's National Council in the V.W.G'.A. rooms, Herbert Street, on Tuesday, August 17, at 8 p.m. Tho speakers will be Mrs. M'Hugli and Miss Ballantync. who have beon appointed by tho New Zealand Government to lecture in England to women on tho social hygieno question. These ladies can relate many things of interest to New Zealand women, as they have been working at Cod-, ford Hospital, and as health patrols in London, in tho interests of the New Zealand soldiers.
