Dr. Mannix entered the house aud returned a. moment later wearing an ordinary cap, instead of his episcopal cap. 4 The crowd emotionally paid homage to" Dr. Mannix, kissing his ring. Ho was cheered by a large crowd which in the meantime bad collected, and smiled his acknowledgment. Dr. Mannix has received many telegrams from Labour organisations throughout the country, asking him to address indignation meetings on the subject of his ban ■• Some 'of the messages emanate from Liverpool, Manchester, and Glasgow. He has not yet decided what to do.
