Sir,—lt is to be hoped that upon tlia debate of the Gaming Bill 'bookmakers Mid th»ir clients shall not alone be considered the only pebbles on the sea of trouble which will thus be created if the Bill becomcs law. What about the scores of people in the Dominion who act as flgonts for Tattereall'fl sweeps in Australia, and are instrumental in sending thousands of pounds of money away in support of that gigantic Australian gamble? Some legislator will surely move to include thetfo people and their clients in the penal provisions directed against the "bookie" and his victims, Win! making things equal and thereby keeping that money in the Dominion. It is surely well worth doing.—l am, etc., SQUARE DEAL.
