CANADIAN CONTRACT CANCELLED fflec. July 18, 11.5 p.m.) London, July 17. The British have deported the Bolshevik agent Santeri Nourteva, and the American Soviet Bureau has consequently announced the provisional cancellation of a six million dollar deal for raw materials fiom Canada, which Nnorteva negotiated subject to his arranging a financial deal in London.
