ACCOUNTANT STUDENTS

The annual public speaking competition of the Accountant Students' Society for the trophy donated by the president (Mr. E. AV. Hunt) took place last night. The conditions of the competition required that each candidate should read in ten minutes an essay written by himself on a subject embraced by the accountancy examinations. After the reading, the competitor was subjected for five minutes to questions by the 9 audience.
