WOMAN MISSING.
— « The disappearance of Mrs. Maud Elizabeth Barnard from her home ut No. u Hall' Street, Newtown, was reported to the police on Tuesday. It appeared that Mrs. Barnard had gone out on Tuesday morning and had failed lo return to her relatives at night. The police learned yesterday that tha missing woman actually walked to the gate of her homo about 7.30 p.m. on Tuesday, iu the company of a neighbour, who was unaware that Mrs. Barnard's relatives were concerned about her absolute. Apparently she did not go inside after the neighbour passed on, lor even up to a late hour last night her husband had 6een nothing of her. About a week ago Mrs. Barnard wis missing from her home for a night, bull she returned in the morning. Tho-missing woman is 35 years of age and is about sft. Sin. in height. Sho has blue eyes. When last seen by her relatives sho was' wearing a hat with.' pink trimmings, and a grey blanket over- ' coat without pockets. She is slated to bo Buffering from tho effects of n recent nervous breakdown. The polico will be glad lo receive any information that may enable (hem to trace her.
