Sydney, M>Tua,ry 12.. The Wool Council proposes to submit a definite scheme of wool control to n vote of the wool-growers in the Commonwealth. The prop ''1 scheme will operate on the 1920-51 clip, and owners will be compelled to send their wool to brokers for valuation in the usual way, and then submit it to public auction at Bitch tirao and in such places nnd : quantities as the Joint Council consider it can be absorbed by the roi'ld's ttool trade. There will be no fixation of prices, and no pool.
