A TREATY BREACH
BULGARIAN GOVERNMENT ACTION n (Rec. February 12, 1.15 a.m.) Athens, February 9. Tho Bulgarian Government has recalled all the officers on the retired list, ostensibly lo officer the new gendarmerie regiments and fill other quasi-military offices. _ The Athenian newspapers regard this action as a breach of tho Peace Treaty.—Aus.-N.Z.
