PRINCE OF WALES'S TOUR
HEARTBURNING IN AUSTRALIA. Sydney, February 11. There is already heartburning over the visit of the Prince of Wains. Mr. W. A. Ilolman, Premier of New South Wales, strongly protested to Mr. Hughes against Melbourne securing tho honour of the first landing. He declared that New South Wales, as tho premier State, of most historic interest, and with uirivalled harbour facilities, has unanswerable claims for precedence, and also possesses the permanent Federal capital, and as tho Prince of Wales will arrive 'from New Zealand, Sydney is his natural landing place. Mr. Iluslies replied that ho appreciated Mr. Holman s arguments, but various circumstances mad© it desirable that tlie first landing should be at Melbourne—Press Assu.
