RESERVED JUDGMENT, Mr. W. G. Eiddell, S.M., delivered reserved judgment yesterday in tho case in which Ellen Alexander .claimed from John Baird Wilson, butcher, tho sum of .MR 103. 3d., as special damages, and .£IOO for depreciation in respect of a property leased by plaintiff to the defendant, at Lower Hutt. Plaintiff alleged that the property suffered con?iderablo damajre durinsf defendant's tenancy, not onlv to the house but by the removal of trees and shrubs. His Worship gave indrment for plaintiff for .£2l 155., with £7 13s; costs. Mr. U. It. Webb Appeared for the niair.tiff and Mr. E. P Bunny for the defendant.
