CUSS FOR TERRITORIAL OFFICERS. ' A special class of physical instruction for Territorial officers. Cadet officers, and staff eergeaat-majors will be opened at. Trentham oomp to-day under flie supervision of Qaptain. Brooks, M.C., late chief instruotor in physical training and bayonst fighting in the reinforcements camps. The officers attending this course, which Trill cover a period of three weeks, include representatives of the staffs of .secondary eohools. They aro to'be given a thorough grounding in. the latest methods of physical training, in order that they may apply their knowledge'to the development of the boys who will come under their command in the future. ! . i ' ' . , Increased attention is to be given to physical development in the training of Senior Cadete. A new eyllatas of training for the Cadets is now in ? reparation and will bo issued shortly, t recognises in a. praotical way the neoessity for improving the physique of the youths, in the light of the large percentage of medical rejections among the men examined during the war.
